Thanks for stopping by! We are Heather Sconce and Dwight Vaughan, the owners of Blue Shadow Farms, LLC. 

Nestled in the outskirts of the charming town of Easton, Maryland, Blue Shadow Farms is the heart and soul of rural life on the Eastern Shore. 

In the summer of 2021, we sold our beautiful home in Hurlock, MD and purchased this former equestrian farm to pursue Heather's dream of owning a homestead, and all of the possibilities that go along with it. At the time, the farm was in pretty rough shape, including overgrown fields, dilapidated fences & buildings, and no main house. The apartment attached to the main barn was old and run down. Over the past 3 years, so much work (a lot of blood, sweat and tears!) has been put towards improving and beautifying the farm. We're still not close to being done, but we're getting there! 

Our little farm isn't just about growing crops; it's about cultivating connections, celebrating the seasons, and creating a sanctuary for family and friends. Here, every visit is a chance to unwind, explore, and savor the simple joys of life on the Eastern Shore.
